RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURNS

All orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery, provided that the item is eligible ( complete, unworn, unaltered and undamaged ) for free. 

Returns must be shipped from the same country to which they were delivered.

Upon reception, your return will be processed within 3 to 7 working days and you will receive a confirmation email at that time. If your return does not meet the conditions stated above, we will send it back to you. 

EXCHANGES

Koncrete.eu accepts product exchanges up to 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is in its original condition & packaging, with all tags attached to the product. Your exchange must be postmarked within the 30-day window in order to be processed.

REFUND

For security reasons, your refund may only be credited to the same credit card used to place the order. We make every effort to process return credits as quickly as possible. However, please note that the time needed to process return credits can vary across banking institutions and may take as long as two weeks from receipt of your parcel.
